How do I "map" Smartwaiver fields with RGP?

You can have TWO custom text fields mapped from Smartwaiver to your RGP account and ONE customer source field mapped. Below are steps on how to create this link between the two systems.

Once your smart waiver has been created by the Smartwaiver team, log in to your Smartwaiver account with your Smartwaiver Username and Password.

If you’re mapping RGP custom text fields

[Information on how to create custom text fields in RGP can be found at the bottom of this article]

Important: In order for the custom questions on Smartwaiver to map to RGP, you must first set up your custom text questions in RGP correctly. To do this, from Data Entry go to: Manage->Settings–>Waivers/Custom Tab.   Add a checkbox next to the Custom Text Field 1 and 2 boxes.
