While you can allow the purchaser to set the amount they purchase for an online gift card, you can also offer fixed amounts, allowing you to suggest amounts that cover the cost of things like a day pass, punch pass, class or month’s membership.
- From the main calendar window click the Manage Schedule button. On the Manage Schedule window click the Gift Cards button to bring up the Online Gift Card Settings window.
- Click the Purchase Web Form tab.
- Create a three letter gift card prefix to assign to online gift card purchases.
- In the Fixed Amount field, enter the fixed amounts you wish to offer one line at a time. Click return to add another amount. Note that you can enter whole dollar amounts only.
- Click Close to finish.
