Adding a new booking

The Calendar makes it easy to add a new booking with just a couple of clicks. There are three methods you can use to add a new booking.

Method 1: Using the New Booking button

  1. On the main calendar window click the New Booking button in the top left corner.
  2. Double click on the event type you want to book.
  3. Select the date and time of the event you want to book and press Okay.
  4. If prompted, search for the customer by typing in their name or barcode number in the Lookup field. Once you have found the correct customer press Okay.
  5. This will bring up the Manage Participants screen. If you only have one participant press Okay. If you need to add more participants to this booking you can do so here. Check out the article on adding or changing participants to a booking if you need help.
  6. Finally, you’ll see the confirmation screen. If everything looks good press Close. If you need to make edits check out the overview of the Manage Event window article to learn more.


Method 2: Using the offering list

  1. Double click on an event from the offering list on the left side of the calendar.
  2. Follow steps 2-6 above.


Method 3: Using the calendar

  1. Double click on the day or time you’d like to book an event.
  2. Follow steps 2-6 above.
