Printing or saving a participant list for an event

Need a hard copy of who signed up? It’s simple to print out or save a participant list for a specific event for your records.=

  1. From the main calendar window, double click on the specific event to bring up the Manage Event window.
  2. Click on the Participants/Check-Ins tab.
  3. Click the Print or Save Participants List (CSV) button.
  4. This will create a list with the following information:
    • If they checked in
    • Name
    • Email
    • The last time they checked in
    • Phone number
    • Birthday/Age
    • If they have a waiver
    • If they are a member or a guest
    • The date they booked
    • The participant who booked them for the event, if applicable
    • How much they owe
    • Any notes the staff has added
  5. Use the buttons at the bottom of the screen to print the report, email it, open it in Excel or Word. You can also save it to your computer as an HTML or CSV file.
  6. When you are finished click Close.
