Special requests and other notes can be easily tracked in the Notes section of the event. Here’s how to add a note to a specific event.
- From the main calendar window, double click on the specific event to bring up the Manage Event window.
- Click on the Event Notes tab.
- Click the Enter/Edit Notes button to add or edit an existing note.
- To save the note, click Close.
- In the Manage Event window, you will now see an asterisk on the Event Notes tab, indicating there is a note for this event.
