Once a booking is ready to pay you will want to send it to the Point of Sale system to finish the transaction.
- From the main calendar window, double click on the specific event to bring up the Manage Event window.
- Select the customer and click the Send to POS button to bring up the Send to POS window. Select Balance Due; the amount that will be charged will appear in red on the left. If you’ve already accepted a deposit for an event like a party you will see that transaction in the Applied Transactions window.
- Click OK to launch the Point of Sale system. The customer and the balance will automatically be loaded. If you’ve already collected a deposit, the deposit will now appear as a debit to be returned at the same time the full balance is paid. Proceed with checkout as normal.
- When you go back to the booking, you will now see that the balance is fully paid. Proceed to check the participant in if applicable or click Close to finish.
