If an event gets cancelled you’ll want to also cancel it off the Calendar. Here’s how to cancel the event plus any bookings that have already been made for it.
- From the main calendar window, double click on the specific event to bring up the Manage Event window.
- Click on the Event Modifications button at the bottom of the screen and select Cancel Event & All Bookings.
- A pop up window will ask you to confirm. Click Yes.The event is now cancelled.
- A window will pop up for each customer that made an online payment.
- You have the choice of refunding the online payments, or not, for each customer.
TIP: If you wish to reinstate the cancelled event you can do so from the Events Modifications button.
