Once an event has been cancelled you have the option to reinstate it, along with all the previous bookings.
- In the main calendar window, click the Display cancelled events box to have the cancelled event show up on the calendar. Double click on the cancelled event to bring up the Manage Event window.
- Click on the Event Modifications button at the bottom of the screen and select Reinstate Event.
- A pop up window will ask you to confirm. Click Yes.
- You will then be asked if you would like to reinstate any cancelled bookings for this event. Click Yes if you wish to reinstate the bookings along with the event.
- If money was refunded, the customer/s will have a balance due.
