If there’s a change to an event and you want to let your instructors know, here’s how to easily send an email to just the instructors assigned for a specific event.
- From the main calendar window double click on the specific event to bring up the Manage Event window.
- Click on the Instructors tab.
- Click the Send Email to All Instructors button.
- Enter the instructors’ email addresses if necessary, edit the subject header if you wish, and enter your email content in the Body window.
- Click the Preview tab to check your message. If everything looks right then click Send.
- Once the email is sent it will appear in the Email Event History window.
- Click Close to exit the Manage Event window.
