Changing the start date for a youth program group participant

Once you add a participant to a youth program group you can assign a different start date than the date you added them. This is useful for backdating when a student started if you are catching up on paperwork or future-dating the start date for a student you just added but won’t be starting that day.

  1. In the Data Entry main window, click View and select Youth Program Groups to bring up the Youth Program Groups window.
  2. Click the Participants tab and select the participant you want to change the date for.
  3. Click the Change Start Date button. Enter the new date and click OK.
  4. The new date will now be reflected on the roster. Note that while participants with a future start date will show up in the participant list, they will not show up in a printed roster until you reach that start date.
