If you need to change the date on an invoice that has already been issued you can easily do so in the Customer Account window.
- To access the Customer Account window, find the customer in either the Data Entry or POS window and click the Invoice & Payments button.
- Click the Invoices tab.
- Select the invoice you wish to change the date for and click the Change Invoice Date button.
- Enter the new date in the pop up window and click OK.
- The new date will be reflected in the Customer Account invoice window.
- Click Close to finish.
