Printing a participant’s scanned document

Once a document has been scanned you can reprint it any time through the Customer Documents window.

  1. To access the Customer Documents window, find the customer in the Data Entry window and click the Documents button.
  2. Select the document, click the Print button and then click Yes.
  3. Select your printer settings in the pop up window and click Print.
  4. Click Close to finish.
