Changing a payment date in a customer’s account

If you need to change the date on a payment that has already been made you can easily do so in the Customer Account window.

  1. To access the Customer Account window, find the customer in either the Data Entry or POS window and click the Invoice & Payments button.
  2. Click the Payments tab.
  3. Select the payment you wish to change the date for and click the Change Payment Date button.
  4. Enter the new date in the pop up window and click OK.
  5. The new date will be reflected in the Customer Account invoice window.
  6. Click Close to finish.
