If you have a document type that you don’t use but don’t want to delete you can mark it as inactive, hiding it from view.
- To get started, in the main Data Entry window go to Manage and select Document Management to open up the Document Management Configuration window.
- Select the document type and click the Edit button.
- Check the Mark as Inactive button.
- Click OK to save.
- The document type will now be hidden from the document type list. To view inactive document types, check the Show Inactive box. Inactive document types will display as light gray.
