Adding a webcam image to an individual participant’s account

In addition to documents, you can also store customer images to their account. Here’s how to upload a new webcam image to a participant’s account.

  1. To access the Customer Documents window, find the customer in the Data Entry window and click the Documents button.
  2. Click the Add Webcam Image button.
  3. Click the Capture Image button.
  4. Select the document type and add any helpful notes like medical information that you want to show up in the customer’s profile. Click OK. The image will now transfer to the remote server.
  5. Click Close to finish.
