If you use customer subtypes like youth, seniors, or military members to organize and track your customers you can add whatever subtypes make sense for your facility in the main settings. You will then be able to select those subtypes by going to the General tab in the customer’s profile.
- In the Data Entry main window click Manage and select Settings to bring up the Configure Settings window.
- Click the Customers tab.
- Under Customer Subtypes check Use Customer Subtypes.
- Click Modify List to add, edit or delete subtypes. Use the Move Up or Move Down buttons to rearrange the order. Click Close to save.
- Click Close to finish.
