Creating a custom text field in the customer profile

If you wish to add a custom text field in your customer profile to capture additional information you can do so in the main settings. These custom text fields can be found in the Custom tab when you open up a customer’s profile.

  1. In the Data Entry main window click Manage and select Settings to bring up the Configure Settings window.
  2. Click the Waivers/Custom tab.
  3. Under Custom Policies/Skills/Text check Use Custom Text Field 1 and/or Use Custom Text Field 2. Enter the custom text for the field.
  4. Click Close to finish.
