Setting the system to display sales tax as a single line item on receipts and invoices

By default the system will display tax for each item on the receipt. However you can set the system up to display tax just on the subtotal.

  1. In the Data Entry main window click Manage and select Settings to bring up the Configure Settings window.
  2. Click the Sales Tax/Receipt tab.
  3. Under Custom Receipt Details check Summarize all taxes as a single item on receipts/invoices.
  4. Click Close to finish.
