In addition to being able to add late fees to a customer’s account you can also add late fees in the Billing Center window. This is helpful for when you are review balance dues in the Billing Center.
- In the Data Entry main window click Manage and select Billing to open Billing Center window.
- Click the Balance Due tab.
- Select a customer.
- Under the Customer Actions dropdown menu select Add Late Fee. Click Go.
- Click Yes to confirm. Confirm or change the late fee amount and click OK.
- The late fee will now be added to the customer balance.
- Click Close to finish.
