Activating or deactivating a waiver form

You can activate or deactivate a waiver form at any time through the Waiver Management window.

  1. In the Data Entry main window click Manage and select Waiver Management / Stations to open the Waiver Management window.
  2. Select the form you wish to activate or deactivate and click the Edit button.
  3. Click the Step 1: Form Properties tab.
  4. Under Form Specification check Form Active. This will make the form active. Uncheck the box to make the form inactive.  
  5. Click OK to save and then Close to exit the Waiver Management window.
