If you are modifying a waiver form we recommend duplicating the form and then making your edits on the copy. This will ensure you have a saved version of the original form in case you need to refer back to it.
- In the Data Entry main window click Manage and select Waiver Management / Stations to open the Waiver Management window.
- Select the form you wish to duplicate.
- Click the Copy button.
- You can then click the Edit button to change the name of the document and make your edits.
- Click Close to exit the Waiver Management window.
