Duplicating an existing waiver form

If you are modifying a waiver form we recommend duplicating the form and then making your edits on the copy. This will ensure you have a saved version of the original form in case you need to refer back to it.

  1. In the Data Entry main window click Manage and select Waiver Management / Stations to open the Waiver Management window.
  2. Select the form you wish to duplicate.
  3. Click the Copy button.
  4. You can then click the Edit button to change the name of the document and make your edits.
  5. Click Close to exit the Waiver Management window.
