Setting a logo for all waiver forms

You can add your logo to all your waiver forms in the Waiver Management window settings. Note that the logo will only display on the first page of each form; if you want it to display on all pages of your final documents you will need to insert the logo into the specific document.

  1. In the Data Entry main window click Manage and select Waiver Management / Stations to open the Waiver Management window.
  2. Click the General Settings tab.
  3. Under the Logo For All Forms section click Browse.
  4. Select the file and click Open. The recommended size for the logo is 131x71.
  5. Click Close to exit the Waiver Management window.
