Once you’ve created an automatic report email you can edit it at any time to add new recipients, change the frequency or modify options.
- In the Data Entry main window click Reporting and then select General Reports to open the Reporting window.
- Click the Auto Emailed Reports tab to display your list of scheduled automatic emails.
- Select the email you wish to edit and click the Edit button.
- This will open the Modify Auto Report Email Settings window. Make your edits and then click the OK button to save.
- Click the Close button to exit.
