If a customer wants to get a printed receipt for a previous transaction you can look it up and print it through the POS History window.
- To get started, click POS to launch the Point of Sale system.
- Click the POS History button at the bottom right of the screen.
- Select the register and date of the transaction.
- Click the Invoices tab, select the transaction and click the Print Receipt button. Click the Email Receipt button and enter an email address to send it to the customer.
- Click Close to finish.
