Printing or emailing a previous receipt

If a customer wants to get a printed receipt for a previous transaction you can look it up and print it through the POS History window.

  1. To get started, click POS to launch the Point of Sale system.
  2. Click the POS History button at the bottom right of the screen.
  3. Select the register and date of the transaction.
  4. Click the Invoices tab, select the transaction and click the Print Receipt button. Click the Email Receipt button and enter an email address to send it to the customer.
  5. Click Close to finish.
