If you have an offering where more than one participant can be booked you will want to be able to capture each participant's name during booking.
- On the main Calendar window click Manage Schedule.
- Click on the Schedules tab.
- Click on the offering you would like to edit and click the Edit button. This will bring up the Edit Offering window.
- In the Edit Offering window click the Online Presentation tab.
- Check the Ask for the name of every participant during booking checkbox under Options.
- Click Close to finish.
