In addition to the default confirmation email you can add a specific confirmation message customized for each offering. This is a great way to let participants know what kind of equipment to bring, what clothes to wear or if they should arrive early to set up.
- On the main calendar window click Manage Schedule.
- Click on the Schedules tab.
- Click on the offering you would like to edit and click the Edit button. This will bring up the Edit Offering window.
- In the Edit Offering window click the Booking Messages tab.
- Under Confirmation Message click Modify. Enter your content and then click OK to save.
- Check the box if you wish to prompt staff to send a confirmation message when they are booking an event through the software. Leave the box unchecked if you only wish for the confirmation message to be sent to customers booking online.
- Click Close to finish.
