Walkthrough for creating a prepaid membership

With this walkthrough we will show you how to set up a new customer with a prepaid membership account.

  1. To get started, in the main Data Entry window click the Add button to add a new member.
  2. In the View and Edit Customer window, click the Quick Configure button.
  3. Select 1 Month Prepaid or Annual Prepaid.
  4. In the Membership tab, the Prepaid membership payment option will be pre-selected and the starting and ending dates will be filled in (either a month or a year, depending on what you selected in Step 3).
  5. To change the length of the prepaid membership, adjust the dates manually or click one of the preset buttons to add a week, month or year.
  6. Click OK to finish.
