Online giftcard assigned to the wrong customer.

Hi there,

One of our staff assigned an online giftcard to the wrong customer. I am trying to find a way to un-assigned the online transaction, but it don't seem to be possible. Can we do that? If not, is there a way to find the real customer?

    Yes, if you you are referring to an online gift card you can go into the Online Transaction window. Select the Assigned Date, at the top of the window, unassign the online purchase and then reassign it to the correct customer.
