RGP Cloud Servers Seem Down

IS there anything we can do on our end when we get this error? Our network is good, our internet is working great on every other device, it really does seem like the actual Server RGP has set us up on is down. Is there anything we can do?

    Hello Tyler, as you are aware the system is up and running. It was down for less than an hour. we are investigating the issue. So sorry for the issue.
