Spending limits
We're trying to use the spending limits functionality but we've noticed that not all members with active spending limits are displayed in the 'Member "On Account" Spending Limits' window. It is as if it is cleared every day.
Is there a way to see all members with spending limits rather than keeping a list elsewhere and searching for the customers each time we want to modify their limit?

Hi Chris,
If you've set a global spending limit for your members, all members will be assigned that spending limit by default. If you then create specific spending limits for individual members, they will be listed individually in the Member "On Account" Spending limits window, but customers with the default limit will not be shown.

After playing with it a bit longer it looks like members stay on the list but entities do not. I don't suppose there's a way to keep the entities visible as well?

Hi Chris,
This looks like it may be a bug. I need to run some more tests, but it looks like RGP keeps track of spending limits assigned to entities, but doesn't show them in the manage spending limits window. So if you assign an entity a spending limit it will function just like it should but you won't be able to see it.
