New installation and premium account

Hello there,

We've just installed RGP on a couple of new machines and the new instance of the platform isn't recognising that we have a premium account.

It's not me installing this - I'm trying to support a remote team, so it's a little tricky to explain what's going on. We can't access digital waivers, for example - it's just telling us that we should upgrade.

Is it likely to be that we just don't have the right activation code in the settings? And if that's the case, can you recover our activation code because I don't seem to have a record of it.

  • Please email support @ for troubleshooting with this issue.

    You can check that you have the right activation code entered by going to Manage -> Settings and pressing CHECK.

  • I feel like I saw a tutorial on how to deal with giveaways and promos that the gym may offer, but can't seem to find it again. For instance, if we gave away a $200 gift card or punch pass at an event, is there a way to account for that so we know what we gave away in a year?
