Different Pay Scales for Different activities

I am wondering what my options are for tracking employees who may have different pays at different times of their shift. For example we are paying employees $15 hourly to teach a class, but $10 to work the desk. Sometimes we have an employee who will work an 8 hour shift and do a two hour class in the middle. What is the best way to use their time clock to track this? Thanks,

  • Enable and use Job Codes. Manage -> Employees.

    And if your employee changes jobs during the day, have then clock out and then in.
