Sales Grid to excel or csv
Hello,
I am trialling RGP for a UK gym. When I convert the sales grid to Excel or CSV a symbol appears in front of the £ sign so it comes out like: £8.00
I'm using Excel 2010.

If you open the CSV file in Notepad, you'll see the currency pound symbol is correct.
But unfortunately Excel is expecting a different format when it comes to foreign characters. I can look at changing the software in the next update to output the CSV in the UTF8 character set that Excel expects.
In the interim, you can easily convert the file. Just open the CSV file in Notepad, and then Save it again (make sure the UTF8 option is checked at the bottom of Notepad's save window).
Then open the new file in Excel.
