freeze question
I recently had an EFT member request to freeze his membership due to an injury. Unfortunatly he called on the 2nd of the month and was billed on the 1st. His injury may only keep him out 6-7 weeks, so his freeze really won't do him any good, whereas if he had been injured on the 31st, he could have used the full month. I just issued him a credit (because I'm nice that way) but is there a different way to handle this? Also, when un-freezing, do you just charge the pro-rated amount to finish the month and restart the billing?

From a business stand-point (if I understand your question), I agree that the credit is the best way to handle this situation. You could also have issued a refund, but since he will remain a member the credit makes sense.
When the time comes for him to unfreeze, just hit the "Unfreeze" button and the prorated dues will automatically be added to his account and billing will proceed normally on the next billing date. His prorated dues will be billed along with his regular dues at that time.
Let me know if this answers your question or if not, what I missed! :)

Correct me if I'm wrong but it's useless for a customer to freeze their membership if the start and end dates are in the same month?
I presume you are talking about a prepaid membership. If you allow prepaid one-month memberships to be frozen (in Settings), then the end date will be adjusted for the number of frozen days,
Nope, talking about monthly.
Is it possible to color code quick buttons? ie. all passes a certain color, day pass a certain color? If not button itself choose color of font or make bold?
colored quick buttons: not yet, but I'll add it to the feature list.
