customer alerts

We recently sent an email to all our members via constant contact and it appears that we have quite a few 'bad' email addresses. Is there a way to put an alert on all the customers with bad email addresses? To create the email list we exported from RGP all members email addresses we had on file.

  • No, there is no way to add a bulk note... and, personally, I'd be pretty annoyed as a customer if I was *required* to provide an email address. But that's just me :)

    You certainly can import the bounces into RGP via the Email Management function to purge the bad addresses though.
