Pass Unfreeze mid month?

We have pass freezes set up to begin on the first of the month. My question is if a customer comes in and wants to unfreeze their membership mid month, how will RGP handle the remaining billing days in the month? Will we be prompted to collect a prorated amount or would it simply be tacked onto the following month's bill?

  • For billed customers, if the staff presses the unfreeze button - a prorated amount is added to their account for the remainder of the month.
