Keeping track of pre paid daypasses for local college.
A local college pre pays for a bunch of day passes for its outing club to use at our gym. We are trying to find a good way to manage that and make sure we can accurately keep track of that using RGP so they aren't getting more or less than they paid for.

Create an account for the college and then add the # of punches = the # of day passes.
Then when they use day passes, go into their record and manually deduct that # of punches.
