Family Membership Guest Pass Bug

When using the guest pass functionality in the Check-In module the family memberships are only allocated their 1 guest pass from the responsible family member, however if you select an individual family member and use the Guest Pass tab on the Edit Customer window the non-responsible family member can use a guest pass successfully. This in theory could mean a family of 5 could get 5 guest passes for the month instead of the intended 1. Our staff have been trained to only use the Member Guest Pass button on the checkin screen to avoid this exact pitfall but figured it was a bug worth passing on. Thanks!

  • Yes, this is a bug that (surprisingly) was only recently discovered despite existing in the software for years. Funny how some things don't go noticed (or reported).

    It will be fixed in a future update.
