Required Customer Info Fields

We would like the ability to make certain fields required when a new customer is created, such as "emergency contact" and "phone number". Could you include some way to make any given field required in the next update?

  • Virtually all RGP customer records are now created via the waiver system (via Find Documents instead of manually with Add Customer), and you have full control within the waiver system to require (or not) specific fields.

    When manually creating a customer - flexibility is important - and requiring specific fields will limit that flexibility. For instance, many gyms have corporate accounts and there are customer records representing the businesses. In these cases, they don't have "emergency contact", etc.

    Bottom line - if you want to require specific fields to be entered by your customers... do so with the waiver system.
