Custom Event created by Staff and completed by customer?
Is there a way to create a custom event and then email a link to that specific event for the customer to complete the booking?
I ask because it is definitely a nice feature when a customer has to answer the mandatory questions required to book a regular event.

You can email a link to the offering (link is available in the Online Widgets section), and then all they need to do is select a date and complete the booking. Although I'm not entirely sure what you are asking.
And to be clear, once an offering is created - the link to it never changes. So you can keep a list of links handy somewhere, and then the staff can just cut-n-paste it into an email to send to the customer. And the customer needs to only select the date and # of participants to proceed through the booking.
