Report for all credits given in a set time period?
I'm trying to run a report that shows all credits that have been issued within a set time period, but not having any luck. What's the secret?

If the credits were all done under a specific product or revenue account, filter the report by revenue account for those product(s). Or use one of the reports that allow product filtering.
Sadly, it's not a "product" per se - it's the "credit" that you can give in data entry, but that should be changed to an actual product.
Unless you assigned a product it is accounting / credit for the revenue account

The standard sales report - use the revenue account filters up top before generating the report .
Okay, so that was the first place I looked. The options for filtering are: Adult Programs, Closeout Adjustments, Day Use, Food, Gift Cards, Kids Programs, Membership, Petty Cash, Retail. No Accounting.
Sorry, this is probably super obvious and I'm missing something.
You need to find the credit product in manage products (be sure to look for inactive products as well) and then identify which revenue account someone moved it into. The account above is the default but somebody changed it.
Well, I'm totally stumped. Yes, I also had looked in manage products, but no such product exists - active or inactive.
Okay, found the glitch. You have to hit "inactive" BEFORE you search for the product! Cr*p. All fixed. Thanks for your assistance.
