Nate,
Your staff should handle the Alert warning on check-in with the customer. If the Alert had an end date and the problem doesn't get resolved by the end date, the problem is still out there. You, or your staff, would not know of the problem because the end date came and went before the customer checked-in to resolve the warning.
Make sense?
We have been using the alert to notify us the dates when a guest uses a member guest pass. With our current policy, guest can only use a member guest pass once per 3 months; therefore, I was looking for a way to drop the alert after 90 days (alert "until"). I just started looking at the RGP guest pass options again, but it appears it has a non-adjustable time notification of 30 days, which does not help either. If the RGP default 30 days was able to be modified would solve the problem or maybe we just rework our guest pass program to work within RGPs limits. Any other thoughts or suggestions?
Nate, I don't have plans to make that optional customizable. You could change your system to one per month with a max of four per year. This is more flexible for the customer and then you are only still giving away the same # of guest passes.

We would love to change the guest limit to the calender month instead of thirty days.
