  • That's a pretty complex analysis, especially when one considers what it means to "not" become a member. What if they were only a member for a month and now expired?

    I suggest you explore Reports-> Customer Activity Analysis. It's an extremely powerful feature when combined with custom reports OR tagged customers. You could explore creating temporary tags using customer queries (bulk tag) to run the reports and then delete those tags (Manage -> Tags)

  • Hi Joe,
    How about a customer query on Customer Type (Guest) and then Total Visit Count > 1. That should return everyone who's still a Guest but has visited more than once.

  • Ha, nice idea Audrey. I missed the obvious! And with the latest update you could create a custom report from that and add a custom field for total visit count.

    You might also want to add a constraint for the first contact date to be within a particular range.
