outdated server??
First time seeing this.
When I look up a specific customer in data entry from my front desk terminal, the customer has all current documents and status changes over the past 3 years of our business.
When I look up the same customer in data entry on the server, all his documents after 2015 do not exist.
We checked other customers, and are discovering the same thing. All RGP terminals that are NOT the server display customer information correctly. The sever has very outdated membership info.
Additionally, when I look at # of members on any terminal NOT the server, we have the same number. The membership number on the server is close to 25% lower than all other terminals show.
What is broken or not updated???

You are connecting to the wrong database on the server... meaning, you have two RGP databases within the MySQL and the server RGP configuration is pointed at the wrong one. This also probably means you are backing up the wrong database, which is not good!
Launch the RGP configuration wizard and the server and point it to the proper database. Once you've got that squared away I'd make absolutely sure the backup task is properly setup to backup the right database.
I just checked and it does seem like we are getting a backup of the proper database. This probably means the current logged in Window user on your server is pointed at the wrong RGP database, but another Windows user (the one that is backing up) does point to the right one.
I'd check *all* Windows users on that computer and make sure they are pointed to the right database. The RGP config is by Windows user.
Hope this helps
Thanks Andy-- Quick story, back in 2014 when my server crashed on billing day, I now have a back up server in my office, so if it ever happens again, we can restore the backup from the previous day and keep rolling.
I had the source for the monitor viewing the spare server, not the current one. When I switched the source, everything is GOLDEN!
Haha! That's actually pretty funny :)
