Quickbooks integration bug
Hi,
I'm using the Quickbooks integration feature to update my Quickbooks Pro software with information from RGP. It works great - BUT - every time RGP talks to Quickbooks (i.e. when I get the message saying "communicating with Quickbooks") I get an error bubble like the below. If I hit "continue" I get subsequent error bubbles, which eventually disappear, but always seem to appear in multiples of three. The 3 error bubbles I get are:
"There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive \Device\Harddisk2\DR2"
"There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive \Device\Harddisk1\DR1"
"There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive \Device\Harddisk1\DR1"
Do you know what is causing this odd behaviour? By ignoring the errors I seem to be able to use the integration feature fine, but it takes a long time to get rid of the error bubbles! Any help appreciated, Thanks

This is not a bug in RGP, this is a known bug in Quickbooks/Windows regarding USB devices.
