RGP uses whatever local currency setting you have in your Windows configuration. Go to your windows control panel, clock/language/region, region/language.

We are now seeing Indonesian rupiah, happy about that. Having trouble because the currency here is in Millions, but we found a work around for our big ticket items. (15,000,000 is to many digits for example) For now, we have a work around.
Our "work around." We did not list the price for our family member, we left it at 0.00. When we sell the membership, our receptionist will hand type the price of our membership.
The program allows allows us to hand type the 15,000,000 into the system at time of sell, but not in the price when we create the product/membership.

I changed the setting as you said, still coming in as USD.
Did you restart RGP? It works for me (and the other international gyms). Control Panel -> Region and Language -> Format ?
