Waivers aren't importing over after update
Waiver Stations are not importing to database after update.
I did just install Windows 10 on these computers if it makes a difference. I can connect to the database fine on them too. Just cant get past the please wait after a customer fills out a waiver.

The update is just coincidental with the issue you are experiencing, as we haven't had any other reported issues with waiver delivery.
More than like the issue is related to the Windows 10 update. IS the date/time and TIMEZONE correct on the workstations? I am showing the documents failing to upload for your facility which typically means RGP cannot make a secure connection outbound to our webservers. Be absolutely sure to check the timezone.
Hey Andy,
So I just made sure both of those computers were on the EST time zone and they were. I double checked the BIOS as well. The waivers work on the computer terminals at the front desk but they do not work on the waiver stations. Any other suggestions?
Ok, some more things to test.
Launch Data Entry on one of the waiver stations, go to a staff record and try to add a document to their account manually (Documents button when the staff customer record is selected). Just try to add any image or PDF available on the computer. Do you get any error message? Does the document get added and uploaded?
In INTERNET EXPLORER (not Chrome and not Firefox) and you open the following URLS. Try each one separately on your waiver stations.
https://app.rockgympro.com/static/help.html
http://rgp_videostorage.s3.amazonaws.com/videos/POSOverview2/POSOverview2.htm
Also, is "c:\programdata\rock gym pro" writable/readable by all Windows users on the machines.
Finally, can you complete a waiver here on these machines

Hey Andy,
No problems attaching a PDF.
All the links work in IE.
Rock Gym Pro file wasn't shared but I shared it and gave permissions to everyone.
The link you gave me worked.
I tried the waiver again in RGP and it didn't send through.
In Data Entry on the waiver station machines, does Find Documents work and display the PDFs within the Find Documents window?
Hey Andy,
Adobe was the issue. Everything is all set. I really appreciate your help!
Sorry it took so long to figure out! But glad its working now.
Hey Andy,
So one of the waiver stations works fine but the other one seems to stop importing after a few waivers have been done throughout the day. It just sits at the please wait after the waiver is finished.
Doesn't really make sense to me but maybe you have an easy solution.
Is the PDF displaying properly in the waiver station window when it "stops working"? The PDF must be displayed to initiate the transfer.
So the PDF does not display on the waiver station but it still completes the transfer over to my front desk computer. I can see the PDF preview on the front desk computer though.
If the PDF is not displaying in the waiver station, that's the issue. You need to figure out what is wrong with Adobe not being able to display a PDF within Internet Explorer (the waiver station wraps an IE browser). Sometimes the license popup for Adobe can cause this.
