That is correct Andy. I was on the "Guest Passes" tab of the customer record. I clicked "Use Guest Pass" on that tab. I do see that from the Check-in Module "Use Guest Pass" works as you describe. ...

I figured the DB would be small compared with size of modern disks. Thanks for the advice about leaving the server alone.
