Thanks Jon, After playing with it a bit longer it looks like members stay on the list but entities do not. I don't suppose there's a way to keep the entities visible as well? Cheers.

Hi Andy, Would it be possible to have an alert if present tick box for these policies? That way it will only alert if they are a concession rather than if they are not. Just a thought. Chris
