The Web Dashboard relies on Rock Gym Pro’s data replication system to display up-to-date information.
If your dashboard is missing data or appears out of date, you can check the replication status to confirm whether your data is syncing correctly.
Check Replication Status
- Log in to your Web Dashboard
- Click More
- Select Replication Status
You will see:
- Your facility
- The last successful backup
- The last time your database was replicated
How to Interpret the Results

If the replication time is recent:
Your data is syncing correctly and your dashboard should be up to date. -
If the replication time is missing or outdated:
Your data is not currently syncing.
What to Do Next

If replication is not current:
- Make sure an offsite backup has run
- Confirm replication is enabled
